Groome Transportation ro Tampa

My daughter is flying into Tampa and I will be booking the Groome shuttle to and from The Villages. She will be on Southwest Airlines disembarking at the Airside C terminal I think.
I’m not at all familiar with Tampa airport. Does anyone know how long it might take for her to pick up her bag and get to where the shuttle will pick her up?

I would allow at least an hour in case the plane is late, etc. I would also ask Groome about catching the next bus if your daughter misses the connection, we had to do this a couple of time when the villages was providing transpiration to Orlando. Sometimes the bus company will monitor the flight status for delays, no idea if Groome does this.

We use Groome to go to the airport if only one of us is flying. We usually avoid using them return. The last time I used them to return my flight was delayed about a hour. I knew we would not make our scheduled time. I called to enquire and their answer was MAYBE they could get us on the next departure but couldn't say for sure. Turns out they did but the experience turned me off.
