Available Lots on Villages Maps, what series?

The villages maps (Villages website, search homes) has a lot of lots available. In the southernmost areas most lots are with premiums of $8000 - $25000.

How can one tell what type of home can be built on which lots? It does not appear to specify either the lots actual dimension, or whether one can build a Cottage, a Veranda, a Designer, etc. on which lots.

Am I missing something obvious?

As far as I know if you purchase a lot such as the ones you are seeing with prices and premiums you can only build a designer/premier home. The courtyard villas, patio villas, cottages etc. and verandas are all Spec-built homes so the lots would not be offered for sale pre-build, you would only be able to buy the completed house after it was built and released for sale to the public.
