My wife and I have been visiting TV since 2007 including the month of May since 2018. We are so excited to finally be your new neighbors in the TV of Fernandina. We will be moving permanently in or around September. Thanks for all the posts over the years and moving forward I hope to apply a few suggestions in real village life.

Congrats after all your years of research. Our second house was in Fernandina. Bonus mailboxes and adult pool are in Bonifay parking lot. That can be good or bad depending on your ability to just say No eating out today

You sound like me. The first time I went to see The Villages was in 2008. We went there for a look one day while in Florida for something else. A few of my relatives suggested that my husband and I look. We loved what we saw, but I was not retired yet. When I finally retired, we went there shortly after to start looking at homes. In the meantime, our only child got married and had children who now live 10 minutes away from us.

I still plan on moving there. Due to family concerns and procrastination, it may take time.

Thanks all, two days back to work with only a couple months to go and it is tough. We are busily packing and getting ready to put some things inside our new home. I cannot even believe we are going to be living in such a beautiful place. Living near to Mr. Helpful, priceless!
