I am looking for a nutrition an/or keto club. I have found the club listings in the 3000+ Villages club roster is not current and up-to-date. I showed up for a keto club based on what was listed, and the rec center knew nothing about the club.

I’ve been on keto for a few months and my results have been amazing. It’s not just about tracking macros. I’ve been more focused about eliminating all seed oils, sugars, artificial ingredients from my diet. I meticulously read ingredient labels of all foods in the grocery store, and have focused on things like grass-fed and grass-finished meats / wild caught seafood / pastured-raised eggs, etc.

I’ve also shortened my eating window, engage in occasional long term fasting, and added certain nutritional supplements and foods to my routine. Results have been life-changing - weight is very good / clarity of mind / lots of energy / sleeping very well / off of all prescriptions/ chronic issues and inflammation have disappeared- I could go on and on ..

Looking for a club of like-minded folks or for those seeking more information about how to change their diet to be more healthy in order to age well.

I’m also willing to start a new club if one like this doesn’t exist.

Have you tried asking on Next Door? There seem to be a lot more members. I know they have a vegan club. It wouldn't suit you, but someone may know of a keto club.

A lot of those terms are just marketing designed to extract money from your wallet. Cows are ruminant so don't worry about it. Just get a stearic acid fatty and cheap beef cut and be happy. I eat a 2 pound chuck steak and sometimes I am not hungry for 2 days :)

FACT: Home Sapiens are carnivores.
FACT: Carbohydrates are non-essential.
FACT: Carbohydrates and plant based PUFA oils make you fat, stupid, deranged, and sick.

I like triggering the television watchers and the "Food Pyramid" cult :)

So, take your meds - Meat Eggs Dairy Seafood :)

I’m not KETO…but my doctor suggested 80 grams of protein daily, 80 oz of water and fasting 14 hours a day.
I thought it sounded a bit much, but I tried it…and am feeling GREAT. Losing weight and I have much more energy. And since I quit eating by 5, I’m sleeping much better, too.
The hardest part is getting in the protein.
If you find a group or start a club…sign me up!
In the meantime I’m looking for some new friends on YouTube.
