Hello. New to Waters Edge
Can someone please tell me what their experience has been in getting trucks into your neighborhood? I am certain there must be a limit in terms of the length of the truck that is allowed in to unload furniture at your doorstep. This has a big impact on moving cost if they have to get a secondary small truck to transfer your property.
Thank you

Welcome to the forum. You will be fine. Many semis unload in our neighborhood. As a courtesy, maybe put something on your Waters Edge community Facebook page prior to the day they will be unloading. That is what most do in our community. Also, tell your neighbors in advance and designate a parking plan (probably in front of your driveway).

OP, you can also check with your CDD and or local police to see if there are any specific restrictions. Your movers should be able to give you an estimate of the time to unload.
Welcome to the villages.

There are a few CYV neighborhoods that a full size moving van Will Not Fit. Roads are too narrow and corners are too tight for them to maneuver. A smaller truck has to be used to off load from larger truck to deliver or remove furniture.
That said our moving company sat at the end of our driveway in TV loading for 3.5 hours. Unload to next house in TV took 3 hours. No issues even when local PD drove by. Uhauls have sat overnight in neighborhood pool parking because Wildwood does not allow street parking after 10pm
