Today is 2 July 2025!
>Exactly 9,131 days ago, the year 2000 began.
>Exactly 9,131 days from now, the year 2050 will arrive.
It means that this is the EXACT Halfway Point.
And after today, we will be closer to 2050 than 2000.

Do use over 70 really think we see 2050? If so do you want to in lying in bed in pain? :duck:

Nope. I’d be 102. Just hope to make it healthy to 80.

I wonder where the Villages will be in 2050? Not many directions to go and they cannot go down in this soil. Maybe up? Flying golf carts and cars?

Easily just a stones throw from Orlando city limits by 2050.

I'm hoping a positive attitude to life will see me through - and red wine and dark chocolate, of course

Living in the past can lead to regret. Living in the future can lead to trepidation. Living in the present can lead to the mind of God.

I've heard it said, many times, that the Developer currently owns enough land to continue building at their current rate for at least 20 years. I think it's safe to assume they will buy more.

let's hope that they are more concerned about pollution in 2050.

I wonder if, in the future people stop coming to Florida for year around living and instead more choose Georgia or South Carolina...... because of the increasing HEAT each year?

Perhaps you will have an electric car and golf cart by then.

I'll take your word for that. But, some days it seems we are getting closer to "1984".

So, you think it going to be cooler in Georgia or SC?

I don’t think I have to worry about still being here in 2050!
