From what I can gather online, the new Street of Dreams Model Home Center has designer and premier model homes only. Then there is the cottage home model center in Well Point. Does a patio villas model home center exist? If not, will I be able to tour all of the patio villa models on my lifestyle visit? How about the courtyard and garden villas?

Thank you for any insight.

You will need an Agent to see whatever you like.

The Cottage homes in WellPoint are part of the Street of Dreams, same as the Designer and Premier homes.

There are patio villas available for a Lifestyle Visit in the Street of Dreams area, but I do not recall there being any PVs in the SOD area. There are, however, usually enough brand new PVs for sale that a Villages Agent can take you to see any floorpan in which you may be interested. These may not be in WellPoint but also in adjacent Villages.

Hope this helps some.

That does help, thank you. I wonder why the patio villas were not not included in the SOD?

The primary purpose of the SOD is to showcase design choices for people who have purchased a lot and are going to have a home built that is customized to their preferences. Designer and premier homes are the only home types that work this way. Therefore, there are only designer and premier homes on the SOD. All other home types are always built in advance by the developer and sold as spec homes. So for those home types, you tour finished homes for sale in order to find one with the lot, model, and finishes that you like.

There are 8 cottages and 1 patio villa (Emerald) at well point. If you want to see more, then you would look for a newly built home and your sales rep can set that up if there are any available. If you don't have a sales rep, I am happy to help you. Betsy Moquin 352-825-9290.

Cottages are included with SOD because there is a difference between Cottage Villas (Spec homes pre-built by the Developer usually with some fencing) and Cottage Homes which the Buyer can pick finishes, models, etc. for the lot they've purchased.
