I find this guy a little crazy but he reads the SSA Office of Inspector General press releases about SSA employees going to jail for fraud of way less than 1,000,000.
United Health, Humana, TVH, and the US Government are all in a dispute involving $361,000,000.

Disability attorneys are a different breed, just like SS and accident attorneys. Are extremely good in their field. Or they don’t survive, which seem to be the ones with SMH commercials, and Utube spots. I know a few personally, and have been in depo’s with some of the best.

Think about if your bill was over coded. One would have paid a higher amount for deductibles and copayments. Could be a few dollars, or thousands.
There will be firms looking for that business to recoup monies for clients.
