Good day, folks.

Back in Wisconsin I had a fabulous guy. He was an experienced licensed carpenter who would take on just about anything that did not involve water or electricity.

He billed out on a time and material basis and, while he was no BARGAIN, his "quality to total cost" proposition made him an excellent value.

He operated completely independently, was busy, but always said what he was going to do and did what he said he would do.

I'm looking for an analog to this guy, here.

Can anyone help me find this unicorn?

Thanks, in advance,
