I am having my Atomic Golf Cart set up for Street Legal and need someone to transport me and the cart up to I 75 and Hwy 44 to get a certified weight ticket. There are three truck stops there with the needed scales.
If you know of someone with a cart trailer or any 5' x 8' trailer I am willing to pay $100 for the service.
Please do not tell me to check with the manufacturer as Florida DMV will not accept that kind of weight.
Thanks for any help you can recommend.

I am surprised the company doing the conversion does not have this capability, or does not provide the service to have the vehicle weight verified.

You might try 24hourcartclub
Or Kart Aide.
It's not their primary source of business, but they might do what you need for a fee

I was planning on calling one of the rescue companies but ran into a neighborhood landscaper who will take care of it. I am doing the conversion myself, not through a company. Also found out there are two certified scales closer up on Hwy 441 although not cart accessible.

I have done antique auto rebuilding on another state, and had to go through an inspection before being declared road worthy. Florida is an interesting state in some of the things they allow, and some they require. Good luck with your project.
