The flourescent light tubes in our laundry room needed to be replaced. My wife tried to remove the cover on the light and broke it. I bought two new tubes at Walmart and had to go to H&D Electrical on Rolling Acres Road to get the plastic cover. They guy goes in the back and brings out the 4' plastic cover and says "No Charge"!!! I almost fell over since I figured it would to $10-15. How's that for service? Highly recommended!

Remarkable. If you had bought the bulbs from him, I could see it. But you didn't. That's just remarkable!

Many, many years ago while living in the inner city neighborhood of Logan Square in Chicago while I was going to U of I Chicago, I was visiting our next door neighbor in the 8 flat. Also there was a local homeless man we called Bill the Bum. Gregg, the neighbor, was working on his fish tank and noted that he had to replace the burnt out neon light. Bill the Bum reaches into his overcoat pocket and pulls out a neon tube that fit the fish tank and says, "No Charge"

Don't ask me what happened ten minutes ago.
