Found this website as the result of a recent TOTV post. Before you go out to eat you might want to check out the Restaurant of your choice by going to the following website: With only a few exceptions, you might want to cancel your plans and stay at home for your meal.

Type in "Codys" and you will get the following. I knew there was a good reason why I wouldn't go back to the place.

List of violations
(RED: Critical Violations | BLACK: Noncritical Violations)
Visit Number 1
Inspection Date Aug. 19,
2010
Total Violations 3
Critical Violations 3
Food Out of Temperature 1

Presence of insects/rodents. Animals prohibited. Outer openings protected from insects, rodent proof 1

Heck, type in the name of pretty much any local restaurant and you'll find violations.....not just with Cody's.

Not a big deal.

I would be more concerned if they lost their A rating. That, to me, would indicate repeat violations or violations not corrected. Frankly, I wouldn't want an inspector coming into our kitchen. I'm sure they would find something amiss despite our concentration on food safety and sanitation.

Not a big deal.

As long as one eats 'upstairs' at SL with those fresh 'poached' dinners.
