We just bought tickets to Arnold Palmer's tournament in Orlando. :MOJE_whot:
No where on the web site does it indicate when it will start om Thursday or any day for that matter. It's our first PGA tournament. Anyone been there, done that can give us a clue? When should we get there whaen do they play etc. Any tips of good places to see it would also be appreciated. Thanks!

When the start day is near, the player tee times will be posted on the website. You can then decide who you want to follow or just park yourself at your favorite spot and watch them all play through.

Parking is free for the tournament at Universal Studios. You take the
shuttle bus from there to the course.
Good places to watch are near the 16th green, the 17th hole, and of course the 18th hole.
If I remember correctly, the 7th hole (a par 3) and the 8th hole near the
green are good places to watch too.
Go early, walk around a bit, and then find a good spot to watch.

Is Tiger scheduled to play at Arnie's Bay Hill this year? Where do you buy tickets and how much are they? thanks

I like parking myself on the second hole. There is a small sloped hill behind the green that gives a great view of all golfers as they move toward you. All golfers move right by you as they leave the green. Bring a beach towel to sit on - don't forget your suntan lotion and binoculars (but there is some shade). There are refreshments and porta pots close by. You can move to the third tee or to see other holes that are very nearby if you get bored. It is also very hard not to become one of the army that follows Tiger if he is playing. Of course, you will want to walk the course to see all the venues. You need to stay all day to see everyone since there is an AM and PM grouping. Don't wait too late to leave - the bus line back to your car can get long but they do a great job of moving people. Have fun.

Not that I am complaining as the event is for charity, but a ticket With parking costs $10 more than a ticket without so I question their "free parking" claim. lol It's $45 a ticket but with fees and tax it came to about $105.50 for two people. You get a 5% discount if you use mastercard a sponsor.
Thanks for all the replies I knew I could get answers here. See ya there!
