Help!

For some reason, when I get an advertisement on email that I might be interested in, I'm not able to get beyond the opening page. When I click on
"Shop now", "Book Now", etc. nothing happens. This just started about a month ago. Have I inadvertently changed some setting? Thanks for any help!

First thought that comes to my mind is to ask if you browser is set to "Block pop-us".

That will stop many ads from displaying.

Are these emails in your inbox or junk folder?

Outlook will put Spam in a junk folder and disable the links. You need to move the email back to your inbox to activate the links.

Look at the very top of the note (before the From line) to see if there is a message about the links being disabled.
