I came; I saw; I bought!

I arrived late Saturday to start househunting anticipating an exhausting week bouncing between Villages and MLS realtors and FSBO possibilities. Imagine my surprise when I found my dream home right away. I kept looking, thinking it was too good to be true, but in the end I decided I had found what I wanted. I signed an Agreement of Sale yesterday.

And the icing on the cake is that I have an offer on my home in PA!

I'm so excited! The house is an already built new Iris on Odell Circle. I close April 27th.

You couldn't have asked for better timing. You found a new home in a phenomenal community and, at the same time, you got an offer on your existing home. Congrats!

We expect to put our home on the market in about 5 weeks and, although it's going to be difficult to leave, we'll be relieved when we find a buyer.

This post is inspiring to all us wannabe. All wannabees go thru the search process to hopefully know what they will want in their new home and find it. It seems like your new home was heaven sent to you. The sale of your old home was a stroke of good fortune.

Will you pick some numbers for me to play the lottery? :smiley:
