I was curious as to how many wannabees are waiting to hear these two words, "ITS SOLD".

Our house in NJ has been on the market for almost four weeks now and as soon as we hear those words, we'll be down there with our money in hand. We're looking to purchase a Lily or Lantana model. Don't start the party til we get there.
