We are leaving The Villages tomorrow.

Each time we leave, I feel sadder and I think this time, that I too will cast my vote to sell our home in Ohio, if we can. And live in this place year 'round.

Our youngest grandson is leaving for college this fall, and I think if I can convince him that Christmas will be the same for all of us in Florida, I might get his blessing.

I want to apologize in advance for the excessive posting I will do when we return and thank you for the patience (well most of you) for all of my posts. Please let us off campus people know the highlights of the paper and the gossip...good and bad.

I love this space and I love reading and typing as sometimes it is a better means of communication than talking, for me anyway..in a loud place or a restaurant, although I have some dandy hearers that cost more than my engagement ring.

I hope we will return in July, and hope too to host a little get together for TOTV'rs and prospective villagers at out home then.

I will miss all of you that I know personally, and I didn't get to see and hug any of you enough this season. I will miss all of you that I don't know personally but we can keep up on here.

That is a real bummer! We are leaving western NY for our Florida home Wednesday......we might even pass each other somewhere! I was hoping to meet you this time.

Hopefully this will be our last "trip" down there. We'll be staying just over a month, then back to NY to sell the house, then down there for good.....so hopefully next time......
