New Village?

Playing around on Google Earth, shows construction, roads and 3 new houses in an area behind hampton inn, sorta between saddleback and hampton inn.

Not on my newest tv(3/31) map.

Anyone have an idea what the name of this is called?

Looks like might be designers, not sure.

The area is NOT in The Villages proper. Not associated with The Villages. It is called Parc Village ..Not accessible to/from actual communities of The Villages by golf car. It is currently an inactive development.

I heard that the 3 homes that have been built, and all the vacant lots, cannot be sold because they have no water supply.

Looking at the Sumter County web site and GIS map there are actually 3 homes built and what may be an office building. It also shows the owner as:
