Katie Belle was already taken.

Quoting the TV Gourmet Guide:

"McCall's Tavern, 999 Alverez Ave., The Villages, FL. 750-9441. L/D. This restaurant, originally developer owned, is modeled after the Western-themed restaurant complex of Brownwood on Torch Lake in Michigan. Recently reopened after kitchen refurbishment. Ribs and Texas style food are the mainstay. Meatloaf Platter a specialty. Noted for Wings and Beer. Full bar. New owners, Darrell & Larry Ducat."

(the developer was from Michigan)(note that the third square will be named Brownwood)

The developer uses consultants from Universal studios to establish the themes of the squares, and write the "history" for the building plaques.
