We are new residents in a previously enjoyed home. We are concerned about AC age, etc and are thinking that "Home Watch" may be the best "comfort" while north for the summer. Any advice, preference, comment? There are 6+ in the paper so help with the selection process would be appreciated.

I have used Dee (Redwitch) on this forum for 3 years now and she has always provided the above and beyond you need as an absentee owner. Her mobile number is **************. Highly recommend her as will many others on here.

We purchased our home in Sept '10 and have only been down for about 10 days since. Redwitch has helped us keep any eye on the house and find anything we've needed or wanted. She also gave our neighbors her contact info so if they see anything strange they will contact her.

We trusted our brand new TV home to Mary and Ed as well. When we arrived all was well and the pictures she regularly sent during construction are priceless today.

We bought our villa one year ago and as we live in Thailand have used homewatch to look after it and sort out problems with renters if any. They seem to have their act together and no complaints.

We used Safe Home Watch as well. During construction Mary and Ed sent us pics all along the way, from the day the builder began site preparation until the home was complete. They watched over our home as if it were their own.
Last summer spring, summer and fall when we were up north they sent us weekly e-mail reports and were always available if something came up. When problems arose, Mary and Ed went out of their way to help us get them resolved.
As you can probably tell, we were very pleased the service Mary and Ed provided. They're nice folks too.

Another vote for Safe HomeWatch and Mary & Ed Edwards. They watch over your home as if it is their own. And I love that I get an email every week letting me know the status of the home and property. And, their fee is extremely reasonable. You can't go wrong with Mary and Ed!!

Safe Home Watch (Mary Edwards) provides a valuable service to every member of this forum, regardless of whether she watches your home or not. She makes an financial investment in advertising on Talk of The Villages. That investment keeps this forum free to all of you. She helps you and us and with a great deal of respect, we encourage all people interested in quality and confidential home watch services to call Safe Home Watch.

You demonstrate that kind of respect for your family and friends. The ones that help you, receive your help in return...and vice versa.

Additionally, Mary tells us that she is pleased to advertise here and that she receives great value for the small investment she makes every month.

I would suggest Morty's homewatch as well. He is dependable and trustworthy with years of experience in home renovations, repairs, and upkeep.

She took care of our home while we rented it out before we moved down here, and she still helps us with dog care (even at the last minute), drives to the airport, or whatever we need her to do.
