I think the OP is referring to the area that used to house buffalo and next to Bob Evans. I would expect that is zoned for commercial. Time will tell.

Yes, it's is across from Laurel Manor, and no I'm not speaking of 466a.

I had heard of that plot being developed for business and was just wondering if anyone else heard/saw anything?
