Looking for information on how to determine what my used golf cart is worth. Clearly, going to a dealer and asking about a trade in, is not the way to go.
They all say, sell it yourself. Okay, how do you figure what it's worth in a private sale?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
BTW, it's a 2008 EZ-Go Electric with upgraded light package. Bought new and serviced by Town & Country EZ-Go Dealer in TV

Look in the Daily Sun classified section. That is how I determine what prices peeps are asking for resales. Presumably there is a range from pristine condition to "needs work". And also presumably there is room for negotiation in the asking prices.

...and, you need to factor in the battery condition to your price. If the batteries are new to say 6 months old, then you should ask top price. If the batteries will need to be replaced within 6 months, you'll probably need to knock $500 off the price.
Agree with Bare, check out the Daily Sun classified and Craig's list for ocala to get an idea of what folks are asking for comparable carts.
