Publix used to offer discounts on food at Crispers on the back of their checkout bills. I hope that Health Food Concepts keeps the Crispers Restaurant in Southern Trace Plaza open. I love their healthy choices and outdoor patio.

Not to mention the Crispers monthly TOTV lunch!

The new Crispers owner, Healthy Food Concepts, is in turn owned by Boyne Capital Parterners, LLC of Miami. Boyne was established in 2006.
