Joy Wilson was the listing agent on the house I purchased. Personally, I would not use her. She forgot to tell the sellers that the refrigerator in the garage would go with the house unless they specified it did not stay. It ended up with Joy giving them a check for $250 for the cost of the refrigerator.

Lyle Gant gets my vote.

Although we ended up buying a new home from a TV rep, we spent a solid day with Lyle looking at pre-owned homes and we were extremely impressed with his knowledge and organization. I would use him again in a heartbeat if we were looking for a pre-owned.

We have used Joy Wilson (Remax) on two occasions and we were pleased. She has been in real estate for decades and a TV resident since about 25 years. She zeroed in on what we wanted and showed us TV properties that met those needs. Problem was, my wife and I had divergent desires and in the end we wound up purchasing a lot to build on. But soon as we’re moved to TV I plan to look Joy up again and go shopping for a pre-owned CYV to rent out.
