Across from Santa Fe Crossing (I think that's what it's called) where LabCorp is located and Victoria's Hair, in the vacant field that there are piles of pipes for underground services stacked up. So bet they're going to start "something" there before too long. Speculations are????? I'm out of the loop a bit sometimes!

is for another set of about 300 homes for the Lifestyle Preview program according to the electrician who is doing our lanai reno. Sounds like they are expecting alot of visitors!

The area farthest to the east has a sign advertising commercial and medical leasing, so I assume part of the area will be commercial/medical buildings.

Heard the area across from Zambra( the further east) property on 466 there's supposed to be a strip mall.

I've been told that the area at the intersection of Morse Blvd and 466 has already been approved for 300+ homes as lightworker888 points out. It seems that with a lot of the new neighborhoods it starts out as a Lifestyle Preview section like Creekside Landing was when we came here on our 2nd visit back in '09.

I don't know about the area to the east across from Zamora Village. I don't even know if that TV property.

There is suppose to be a strip mall and a stop light is still under consideration!

I remember seeing this is the paper some time back and did a little digging to find it. This property is not TV owned and was an unincorporated part of Lake County. Property owners went to Lady Lake to get the 18+ acres annexed into Lady Lake and then look for approval to build what sounds to me as a strip mall. I believe it is found on pages 7 - 17 on this link:

Lifestyle Preview homes are normally built within walking distance of a Town Center. The next ones will probably be built near Brownwood.

Every time I drive west on 466A I notice a small farm house, surrounded by Villages property. I always wonder how much the owner was offered, and turned down, to sell this property to Morses

Isn't that in the middle of the property that will be part of the "St. Lukes" complex of medical/apartments/commercial space? If the house is separate from that, then the question is how much did the owner reject from the owners of St. Lukes. More than likely, however, this house is part of the St. Lukes projects and the owner sold to them rather than a possible offer from Morse.

Not always....we did the LifeStyles program 3 years ago and they put us up in a villa in LynnHaven. It wasn't within walking distance of LSL! Unless I'm misunderstanding this statement. But what you say, makes sense!

Jen,

After the Spanish Springs Villas were sold and before Creekside was built, TV put lifestyles visitors in homes/villas in different areas. We stayed in Hadley in 2008.

When the new homes/villas across from Creekside were being built, many expected them to be used for Lifestyles because of the location. Since many villas in Creekside have been sold and Brownwood is not ready for prime time yet, it may be that the new homes on 466 are for lifestyles.

Here is the link to the County meeting regarding this new section. Sounds more like homes than villas.

Interesting that the area is being appended to district 9 - the rest of that district is south of 466A.

The word from the sales force is another plan for a new Bridgeport set of homes. Apparently Bridgeport at Laurel Valley is successful enough for the developer to plan another "Bridgeport" at something or other.

Years back, and not too many, that was a property where they sold bull dung. The land should be good for growing things!!!

Apparently the builder/developer, sees his money will come from the more expensive or premier homes although, if I were paying that kind of price, I would not want to live right on 466 and certainly not across the street from a strip mall.
