Anyone experience a problem with the Old Mill theatre being unreliable? Went to a movie this evening and about five minutes into the movie and lasting at least 10 minutes (we left) the screen went out. Crucial portion of movie missed so I went out and got a refund. No one seemsed to care, not even a sorry about that - not very Village-like. The good news is I finished most of a small popcorn and 1/3 of a Diet Pepsi.

I see that you drank 1/3 of a beverage.. you're a bettdr man than me. I do not drink during a movie or will spend most of the feature comin or going to the men's room.

Did you ask to speak to the manager??? That would have been my next step if dissatisfied!! If that didn't help...then go to the next rung up the ladder.

No, been there many times and never had a problem. I would think the problem you experienced was very rare.

Just curious... Who is the next rung on the ladder, after the manager, that you would talk to...

I would think that "someone" pays the manager their check...find out who that is and take it there!!

I was also there when the screen went black--- twice in the same movie. The management KINDLY offered a rain check AND refund to us, but we were also pleasant and non argumentative when we brought it to their attention. They did applogize. As newly transplanted residents here we were very impressed as we would never had had this attention back in the Midwest!
wE LOVE the movie theatres here and will continue our patronage
