Need recommendations for Home Inspector for inspection of home prior to Warranty expiration.

We used Tom Comer. Very qualified. Spent nearly 3hrs and found about 7 items that we were unaware of in our CYV. Preapared detailed report. Was probably at the high end of price range at $275. Am up north now and don't have his contact info, but he is in the phone book.

I, and a number of my neighbors in Pennecamp, have used A&A Home Inspection. Walter Asbach did a completely thorough job. After reviewing it, he turned it in to the Warranty Department. I just waited for the contractors to call for the repairs. For $150!! I would give him the very highest of recommendations. His number, if you want to call him, is 352-391-5800.
