I purchased our Perfect Flame Grill 3 years ago. I searched the net to find replacement burners and discovered the grill was recalled. After calling the 800 number, I was instructed to return the grill to Lowes and receive a 100% refund. I did that today and was surprised that there were no questions asked and I was refunded $319.00
