The Stanley Cup Champion Boston Bruins!

I'm just waking up after an amazing night where my Boston Bruins have won the Stanley Cup! I now realize this is a reality and not just a dream.There could not be a more deserving bunch of guys ! Congratulations to them & their fans! I couldn't be more proud of being from the Boston area.I ask this from sports fans everywhere...who's luckier than us?:wine:

I didn't like when the Vancover player checked the Bruin player when he didn't have the puck and gave him a concussion.

Vancover was outplayed thoroughly.

A perfect example that in the NHL and sports in general the team with heart, courage, and determination will outlast a team which mistakenly believed it was better and destined to win. As a Chicago Blackhawks fan for over 50 years, I feel your joy ..... the same joy I felt last year after the Hawks ended a 49 year quest for The Cup!

My bff Sheila is Tim Thomas' mother-in-law. Tim comes to the Villages often. He's a great guy and Melissa his wife are wonderful people. They have 3 great kinds too. Here's hoping they come soon and bring the Cup.

P.S. You ought to see Tim hit a golf ball!!!!!!

Over a million fans lined the streets of Boston to celebrate with The Bruins. It was amazing..wish I was there but I had to go to a wedding...Once again Congrats!!!

Loving every minute of the Stanley Cup win! I was a teenager last time they won- some of my fondest memories are of going to Bruins games with my dad and rooting the team on (win or lose)- especially against the Canadiens!

Great game and great series. The last time I saw the Bruins win the Stanley Cup there were players such as: Bobby Orr, Phil Esposito, Derek Sanderson, just to name a few~~those were the days.
