We've been through Pat, the plumber (as many have)
Does anybody have a recommendation?

rather than starting a new thread, resurrecting this one to recommend Isherwood Plumbing 352-259-9331...came promptly after finishing another job when my washer was leaking in my garage...just needed a new "thingy" on the hose but he was very good, quick, reasonable, and helpful about cleaning up the water. would use him again but hope i don't need to :) robert is a licensed, insured master plumber.
