Just checked thevillages.com site to see what might be new. Saw a villa (Keys series) called The Captiva, a little larger than a Bonita/Siesta, smaller than the Anna Maria or Cumberland. Priced at $197,000 in Tamarind Grove. Couldn't tell from the pic if it had a 2 car or 1-1/2 car garage, and not much info posted (no floor plan).

Anyone seen this model? I'm just curious as I like to look at house stuff. At first I thought it was posted on the wrong page, but it is a CYV - you can see the fence. The driveway looks like a straight shot, unlike all the other CYV driveways I've seen.

If it's the 2 they built in the new Villa section over there they have what looks like 2 car garages

I only saw them before they were finished. They looked like two car garages to me and have straight in driveways. They are located in the SE corner of Cottonwood Villas.

There are two Captiva's for sale on the new homes site, here's the picture of one of them.

I did an internet search, can't find a thing on that model.
But I've seen the outside, just as pictured.

To anyone seriously interested in this villa....now that it has been on TOTV it will go fast...just a word of caution. I have seen someone mention a home on TV websight and out of curiousity went to check it out on the computer and wham it had a contract pending.

Is the Captiva similar to the At Ease? I haven't seen the floorplan for it! It's cute from the front!

The way I tell is...if the garage door handle is in the center of the door it is a 2 car garage. If it's to off center it's a car and a half.

I looked at this home last weekend and it is basically the At Ease floor plan with a 2 car garage.

I think it is a steal if you want a 2 car garage with a fence for your yard. It is also at the end of a dead end street so you can have your guests park there.

I did not like the kitchen layout much however. Not enough counter space.
