Sun Trust Bill Pay

Has anyone had a problem with Sun Trust Bill Pay? Lately we have had problems with double payments. It seems they're trying to work everything out, but it has been a pain.

We used them for 10 years without a problem, but this month some bills were payed twice. We've been on the phone with Sun Trust. Should work out eventually, but one of the double pays was a high amount which caused us some concern.

This was in the local and national news just yesterday here in Atlanta, GA. Some kind of computer mixup. Call your branch and they will make it right, according to what the news stated...
