Broward Factory Service Contract

In today's Daily Sun there was an advertizement for Broward Factory Service. They are offering a service contract that covers all appliances, air conditioner, heater, hot water, clothes washer and dryer all for $183.00 per year for appliances newer that 10 years. Does anyone have this or heard any reports on it. We had to have the GE stove repaired (already) and that cost us over $200. Before we sign up I am wondering is anyone else has experience with this company.

We've used them for years and restructure our contract annually. Never really had any problems. Service seems good and it's nice to just sign your name for needed repairs. Ours is more than what is advertised, but until I replace our AC, I'll keep them.

I would do a Goggle search Before I signed with them. Many complaints about service in surrounding areas.

we use them regularly...they are very good and stand by their warranty. They do exactly what they say they will!

I heard they dont cover the electronic componants.
