Yes he is . The number I have is 352-804-0722. If I remember correctly you have to listen to his entire message and follow his directions in leaving a call back. It is not done in the usual manner.

We use Spano all the time and never had a problem getting in touch with them. They always return our phone messages. He has good mechanic. I would suggest you keep trying on weekdays.

Just used Willie's Golf Cart Repair---found his ad in Daily Sun. He replaced our brake pads----My husband was going to do it himself---called to buy the pads from Club Car Dealer--told they would be $69.00 for parts and $75.00 to put on--husband was going to do it himself but called Willie and he furnished pads, came the next day and cost was $85.00 total for complete job. Did some research on this site and others and found recommendations and satisfaction from other who has used him. Phone number is 352-255-1369.

Ah that is the way to get he who must not be named to stick. I am surprised the PHP developers of this software have not given the administrators the ability to use regex for filtering :jester:

PS. If I ever need a mechanic, that is my guy and to be fair, I can understand the policy that caused him to be "banned".

In my research I have found him to be the most knowledgeable, honest and best equipped, in golf car repair and he is the one most are turning to when other companies have taken the customer for a ride. I'll leave forum policys alone, he knows his stuff.

Michael had a different story than the one we got on TV. He had every intention of taking out an ad when he got his business moved but was kicked off before he had the chance.
I always found him to be very helpful and it didn't appear that he was trying to drum up business, but then it wasn't my decision to ban him.

He was still in California when he got booted from the forum. He hadn't moved here yet.

Suggest you find someone else. I had a very bad experience with Spano. You get what you pay for- low price, sloppy workmanship and poor service. He doesn't stand behind his work or warranty. Try Steve's, Masters, or Karl at All About Carts.

If you go to the Everybody's Favorite coupon books, you will find a company that goes to your house for cart repairs (cars too)! They are called Magic Touch.:BigApplause::

Don't ever use Steves Golf Cart Repair. We asked him to call before he fixed our golf cart with a repair price. He told us the part would be about $30. The next day he called and said "your cart is ready" it's $515. He ripped us off!

We also had a very negative experience with Steve's.
