suggestions,ideas,help???

I am surprised that I have not seen this asked before-Lots of us are in the position where we have a place here in the villages but we get to use it little if at all. Being new at this I was wondering does anyone have advice on what to do or not do with the house here in the villages??? I realize that someone has to mow, do you see set your sprinkler? Do you have your lawn/house treated?What temps do you leave it at? Is your water turned on or off?Do you worry if you do not rent your house? These may seem silly or stupid but The day I settled on my house I had total knee replacement surgery-I have not been there to see my house or say hi to any neighbors and it may be a while before I do as this is my second knee operation and I can't afford to miss any more work than I already have. This forum has been so helpful in so many ways I just thought it was worth asking-so thanks in advance for any ideas. Looking forward to saying thanks in person before toooooo long!!

There are a few things you will need at a minimum. You will need a home watch person, a lawn service and pest control. You will have to consider someone to take care of the landscape sooner or later. But home watch and lawn service will be required as soon as possible. Search on both and you will find information and recommendations here.
