Bailyboo, I'm not sure what spin classes are but do you mean spinning? Like at a gym on stationery bikes? If that is what you mean, yes they have them at the MVP gym in Spanish Springs (used to be the Old Wellness Center.) Do you want to attend with me? I'll be there this week, let me know if this is what you were referring to.
