Not sure but it might be supplies for Kirklands next door since they recently moved there from Spanish Springs.

i asked one of the workers and he said they were doing extensive renovations.

I really don't know, for sure, but being in retail for as many years as I have, the stores do two resets a year of most of the store merchandise and displays. They sometimes time it with major events, like Back to School (BTS), being its one of the best selling events. I heard from someone I know who works at a Staples that this past week they were delivered with hundreds of pallets of merchandise that needs to be restocked, which I assumed was the Back to School merchandise.

I'm hoping that is the case with Targets and not that they are moving.
