The house just jammed through a $649 BILLION dollar defense budget that includes a DOUBLE DIGIT INCREASE.
Oh come on REPUBS.. you are holding the debt ceiling hostage (which I agree with) to get spending cuts and a balanced budget amendment..
THEN YOU HAVE THE BS to pass this budget buster.
And don't give me that BS about we are at war..
We are NATION BUILDING in Iraq and Afghanistan.. period.. You want the fat cats to continue to make money off those illegal wars.
Now Boehner says we cant get a big deal so we will agree to a $2 trllion dollar "cut" OVER 10 YEARS... to offset a $2 trillion dollar increase in the debt ceiling level that will be spent immediately..
ARE you nuts??? What kind of deal is that.. It does NOTHING to save us!!
STOP IT.
Time for a tea party on the ballot that will cut EVERYTHING.. I refuse to back a corrupt Repub party and there are MANY tea party people that think just like I do.
Honest hard working Repubs and DEMS need to say..
NO

Drawing down the troops so that we could go back to paying Naitonal Guardsmen for a couple of weeks per year instead of combat pay 24/7 in the Middle East would be a good start.

JJ - I personally do not trust any incumbent from any party. I wouldn't trust any of them to be my financial planner because of the way they handle someone else's money (re: tax dollars and the budget). You can't keep spending without any repay plans. How can you keep spending more and cutting taxes at the same time.? If I'm not mistaken there is a Federal law that requires a budget be adopted and signed by the president each year. This has not been done in recent years and IMHO all of congress including the president should be jailed for not following federal law. Neither party has any intentions of doing what is right for America. NEVER VOTE FOR AN INCUMBENT.

Each day I move farther and farther away from thr Republican Party and closer and closer to the Tea Party movement.

Two quick points:
1. I am VERY disappointed in the Republican party.. not MOST of the tea party republicans elected in 2010.. (A few caved on the 2011 budget resolution. If you want to know who is a true conservative.. just check their vote on that bs deal.
Repubs talk about smaller less government, they do the opposite. It is time to replace Boehner, McConnell, and Cantor.
2. The Tea party is growing very rapidly. Go to a tea party meeting and you will enjoy the honest true conservative minded people. There are a few bad apples in every group but very few in the tea party.
They have suffered the same unfair bashing by the media and liberals that palin went through. They are not astro turn, racists, stupid, nutty, or any of the rest of the bs. You will like them.
