I suspect there is a $$ problem but it sure looks like a ripe opportunity for the right station owner.

I'd have to think that another station will eventually pop up somewhere along 466A, given all the future housing growth that's coming.

There were 5 vehicles plus a golf cart gassing up about 9am yesterday (fri). What time were they out of gas? Just curious...........

We were coming back from Sam's Club just after 12pm Friday and decided not to fill up at Racetrack but instead to give this station our business. To my dismay the signs said 93 octane or diesel only. So we did not stop but a couple of lawn guys were filling up and were also not happy about having to buy the higher priced gas.

This paints a different picture versus what has happened in the past. In previous situations, the station was COMPLETELY out of gas or the place was just shut down/closed. The fact that they're still pumping two types of fuel would indicate that they're just out of regular unleaded. Hopefully just a very short term issue!

Sounds like a very marginally, if at all, profitable business. Or, it's badly managed. There's not a lot of profit in selling gasoline unless you're a high volume seller. I don't know how many frequent the retail quick mart business at this station, but that's most likely the part of his business that the "make it or break it" aspect of the enterprise.
