I know that there is a thread about living in a home, getting previledges, if your name is not on the title, but I can't find it.
If a home is purchased in the name of a trust, what does it take to get a resident ID?
Thanks!

One does not have to be on the deed. One does have to show that they are an occupant of the house. They will take 2 or 3 forms of proof you live in the house.
They accept a change of mailing address form the post office, drivers license with your address, voters card, bank statement or a cell phone bill all with your address. You will then get a "blue" resident card with your photo which will have to be renewed every 3 years, and have access to all amenities, the only exception might be the sports pool unless over the age of 30.
