What preceded Urban Flats?

Trivia question .... what business/restaurant was in the corner location before Urban Flats opened?

UF opened in late 2007. In a small group discussion the other night, no one could recall.

I'm sure someone out there knows the answer....

We bought in June of 2006 - I just remember a "Coming Soon - Urban Flats" sign there - seemed like it was still there on our every 6 month or so visits.

Thanks JR and OGirl.... That was one of our thoughts but since LSL opened in 04/05 that seemed to be a long time to be vacant. Our memories fade....

There was an empty building before Urban Flats went in. Mike Buell actually worked on the project and managed the construction prior to leaving Urban Flats corporate. Funny how things happen... now Mike and I own this location.
