This isn't an answer to your question about where to post posters, but what we did. We placed a long ad in the Sun (approx $160) that contained all the information about our home, including the price and address. We paid for 10 days, but our home sold in four! A couple were here on a lifestyle visit, saw the ad, and bought the home.
