Can someone out there in TOTV land please identify the object in the above pictures?
I know it's a prototype of something, but I have no idea what it is!
Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance!

With the metal wheels and seat for the operator, I would say it is a farm implement. It is small size suggest that it might be intended as a child's toy or perhaps a model carried by a travelling salesman.
Just guesses.

Looks like it could be antique farm equipment, possibly some form of hoeing or raking device that would be horse drawn! Otherwise it's probably a watchamacallit with it's conjunctive doohinkus missing!
Added after reading JimPeat's post: Didn't realize the miniturizing and would have to say that Jim just might be correct. This all reminds me of when I was young and my parents got me a cast iron minature of a John Deer tractor!

It's what is called a tine harrow vs a disc harrow. Used to break up the soil after plowing. These were popular for small farms as the tines could be moved side to side and used to weed between rows after planting without hitting the roots of the newly sprouted plants.
