I have couple friends and we are starting a racing pegion group here in the villages. We don't want to be club, just a few folks that enjoy the sport of racing pegions. We are turning our lanias into a coup. Would be great for them to get exercise and not fly off till they were Aclamatted to there new home. You would have to abide by the pet policy. One of our guys has a dog so he will only be able to have one pegion in his coup/lania. If you would like more info pm me. We also would be looking for folks who would provide host coups in there lania. As there are some of us that would like to have a full stable of the birds. These birds are athletes and train and eat like finely tuned machine. The only real hassle with raising them would you have some feathers around to clean up. They do have droppings but u can get them void in a certain area of the lania , makes clean up easy that way. Much. Easier than a dog. If you want to host, we would ask that you don't hav a cat. Birds and cats don't get along. Pm if ur interested

Whalen thanks for ur interest. How large is your lanai. Are wanting to host or race. We will have a meeting to place our bird order. Be thinking if you want grey, white or black bird. Yes they do have black. Do you have pool or hotub
Thanksagain for ur interest

No offense, but I would not want this activity anywhere near my home. Too many health issues with captive birds that mingle outside. I would find racing any animal in The Villages offensive.
