I finally arrive on Sunday for my long awaited three week stay in Belvedere. I check in to the house that I am renting on Monday so I made a reservation at the Waterview Inn for Sunday evening for myself and my 15 year old daughter and her friend. I will be dropping them at my daughter's friends parent's house in Orlando on Monday and I will have 6 days to myself to start my emersion into TV culture. Then my daughter and her friend and my other two daughters will be joining me in TV for a week. We are going to golf, take in a Rays game, go on a campus tour of UF in Gainsville, do Universal one day, some fairs, etc. and drive and tour TV.

We will be arriving this Sunday at about 4 PM. Does anyone know what time the trolley runs to on Sunday as well as the boat on LS? Any suggestions where to take my daughter and her friend for dinner? Any other evening activities that you would suggest for their preview of TV?

Thanks.
Larry

Larry,

I'm sure you are looking forward to your upcoming visit. If you call the TV sales center, I bet they can tell you what time the trolley tour leaves from the sales center at LSL. I know I took my trolley tour in the afternoon, and it took about 45 minutes. The boat on LS -- I haven't taken that yet. I will do that on my next visit in October.

Restaurant suggestions for Sunday night -- if you want to stay in LSL try Thai Ruby, Red Sauce or Lighthouse Point Bar and Grill. I have not eaten at Urban Flats yet, but it looks quite lively from the outside. I'm sure others will make other suggestions for restaurants. For what to do on Sunday night (or any night), dancing and music starts at both LSL and Spanish Springs at 5:00 and goes until 9:00. The entertainment schedule for both squares is published on www.thevillages.com. There is also a movie theater at LSL and SS -- both show first run movies. The movie schedule is also on www.thevillages.com. Enjoy your visit.
