Chris Charbonneau, the owner seems capable, talks a good game but will not do satisfactory work or even come close! Work was haphazard, ordered wrong material, didn't meet contract, wanted money up-front and walked away half done! Promises to come finish but never shows. Have gone to Seniors Against Crime to start resolving issue. Don't get involved with this guy!!

Sorry you had trouble with Chris. I know the family and that is not who they are. They are sick that he would act in such a manner.

I have had Chris do several jobs for me since we moved here 3 years ago. I have always found him very capable and respectful and things were done right.
