My wife recently had the pain shot back in Pittsburgh for her back.We came to Florida and she flew back to Pittsburgh for second shot and returned here to the Villages. We thought maybe we could get the third shot here in the Villages. We went to a pain clinic office up near Laurel Manor. We explained to the receptionist who told us the office person who handles referrals, records, paperwork etc would call us to get the process started. That was a week ago with no call back to us.What kind of way is that to run a business?I wonder what the doctor would say if he knows his people are being so lax in their duties.Maybe I'll make him aware of this.

My husband just had shots for this back at Central Florida Pain Management...Dr. Euribe. The doctor, PA and staff have all been wonderful. Here is the website.......

I had shots through the doctor who operates that Laural Manor Pain Clinic (He does the shots at TLC Pain off from 441). I would concur that the office staff there leave ALOT to be desired!! The doctor himself is quite professional. I don't know where one would go to complain about this office...maybe to the doc himself "IF" you can get in to see him. The receptionist acts as if she doesn't care and has an attitude to match. I do know however I had to advocate for myself to get good results there!!

Had horrible experience Dr. Pinnamaneni with Pain & Spine Clinic at Laurel - Dr. and Office terrible. Please try Dr. Jason DeLuca at National Pain Institute, 441 in The Villages, across from the Hospital - could not have been more helpful and professional.

I use Dr. Panninamini (spelling is probably wrong) at 343-7246. I came to him with chronic back pain (common) and told him that I do not and will not take narcotic pain medication. He offered a different type of medication that is usually not used for back pain management. I was doubtful but tried it and was really amazed to find after a week or two how much relief it gave me. It didnt completely solve the problem but it sure relieved it a lot. I appreciate a doctor who listens to me and offers creative solutions. Not many do.
