FYI, Dr. Allen Schwartz apparently is no longer associated with Physicians of Lake Sumter Landing. I called his office this morning and they confirmed that he is no longer there. They are using Dr. Purohit and the Nurse Practioner until a new doctor is appointed for the practice.
