I would like to start a new club in TV but I don't know what the first step is. For instance, how to "enroll" with TV, guidelines, etc., or who to ask. Please give me guidance!

I think it is through the Recreation dept, but I am not sure.
Try calling the Customer Service Center, 753-4508, they should know.

Go to your local regional rec center. They have all the paperwork and will let you know what to do.
