I am in need of a lesson to help me fine tune my swing plane and tempo. Any recommendations. I just don't want to waste time with some kid that wants to start by showing me beginner stuff.

I have not had first hand experience with any local pros, but the guy that runs the driving range behind the Wal Mart off 466 (Buffalo Ridge?) was giving lessons to a lady when I was there and seemed pretty competent.

I would recommend Bob Intrieri at the Villages Golf Academy. He teaches at Glenview. I have seen him for lessons and he has fine- tuned my swing without attempting to rework it.

I think you'd find Patrick Leahy to be good - he has worked with pros.

I think it is also the best driving range in the area and the balls are cheap if you buy a range card. Good Luck, Allan.
